The goal of this forum is to highlight emerging trends and solutions that are redefining HR practices, employment and organizations, to foster collaboration between start-ups, innovative companies, major industry leaders, investors, and institutional partners, and to encourage the cross-sector synergies needed to build a more agile, inclusive, and sustainable future of work.

Through B2B meetings, networking opportunities, and thematic discussions led by experts, the event aims to strengthen the innovation ecosystem around human resources and skills, and promote practical, forward-looking approaches to key challenges such as digital transformation, skills evolution, talent attraction and retention, employee well-being, and organizational performance.
